营养小菜 糯米蒸排骨

材料:排骨一斤,糯米半碗

1、糯米提前半天用水泡上,排骨用2大匙盐,1大匙生粉,少许胡椒粉,糖,酒,生抽腌半个钟以上。'I:ukUT3i|B Q

2、泡好的糯米沥干水,把腌过的排骨块裹一层糯米,用红萝卜片垫底排在碟内,大火蒸15分钟,加点红萝卜碎在上面再蒸1分钟即可。

我最喜欢的菜,不过我们湖北的粉蒸排骨,虽然也是蒸初来的,比这应该还好吃点,粉是有五香味道的,非常爽吃起来,
