炸油条[7P]
原料:面粉半斤 泡打粉、盐各5~6克、鸡蛋一个 大约3两水 1n`]E*g
步骤:头天晚上和面,面粉半斤 泡打粉、盐各5~6克放在干面粉里搅拌一下,加一个鸡蛋,大约3两水,比活饺子面稍软一些就行,活好后饧半小时再柔一次,搓成长条后压扁,在两面刷上油,放盘子里,套上食品袋(防止面干裂)因为有些激动所以照片有些虚。
