自从学会了糟蹋面粉,

包好后装笼,再静静发15分钟,就可以上锅了,冷水上锅,大概18-20分钟就可以好了不要立即开锅,要不然会收缩的v ZL ]5e%X1cC

我看楼主的捏皮法是拇指在内食指在外的指法(露馅法)这样较难包好如不改成先捏一角再围边如包花式饺子般全包起来再多两摺收口的包馅法较易而且较美

除了包子皮后,外型有些粗糙,就剩下馅了,只要馅的味道鲜美,总得说来还算是比较成功的。
