母蟹用的是清蒸的煮法，公的就做咖喱味的

看了别人的做法，在附近没有买到椰粉，就换白糖了。大家也可根据个人口味来换着做 |wH(u%CE;u!S!m)B

配料：咖喱粉，五香粉，定粉，白糖，黄酒，葱，姜。

把蟹弄干净之后每只一切2，起油锅煎一下，捞出

将葱，蒜加入油锅热一下，加入咖喱粉和五香粉和糖然后把蟹放入，再放上黄酒一起小火烧，期间加点定粉勾芡一下，闷烧一会，起锅就行了-xd7[&t6U1Zr2U8qO
