材料 :小黄鱼两条煎熟取肉拆成碎块,嫩豆腐切丁,鲜菇菌切小段,波菜切细,紫菜撕成碎片。

调味料 :清水一饭碗,生抽半大匙,盐/白胡椒粉少许,料酒一茶匙,味精少许,浙醋一茶匙,太白粉水适量。
