[size=4]饭店里面的辣子鸡用干辣椒做的,辣椒多鸡少,貌似在辣椒山里面寻宝,我这个辣子鸡用青尖椒、红米椒和干辣椒这三种辣椒炒制而成,干辣椒的刚烈、红米椒的直爽、青辣椒的柔和形成了三个层次不同的辣味,细细品来,口感层次颇多,回味悠长。H,w"@6^a%^d
原料:活杀三黄鸡一只、红米椒8个、青辣尖椒4个、干辣椒10个、大蒜10瓣、熟白芝麻一小把、淀粉一汤匙fM:L"~x
调味料:食盐、酱油、料酒、白糖}BQ&Cd
