用料:猪肉馅(用盐,葱花和油拌匀),鲜虾(我这次用的是白对虾自己剥的虾仁~虾仁一斩二,用料酒,盐,和蛋清,淀粉拌匀,最好是放冰箱里过夜,充分浆制),云吞皮(注意!一定要云吞皮!在上海的大超市很容易买到,普通馄饨皮太厚太软~没韧性~)a|i
