鲜鸡炖蘑菇
吃过饭店里的小鸡炖蘑菇,味道让人难忘.昨天刚好买了鸡和小蘑菇,自己就来做一下这道菜.鸡是现杀的肉鸡,比较大,用了一半,另一半放冰箱里下次用.

2.鸡洗干静斩成块,锅里冷水烧开放把鸡放进去煮一下,去沫盛盘.

1.炒锅放油,油开后把姜和大蒜头放进煸出香味,然后鸡肉倒进去翻炒.这时开大火,炒至鸡肉发白时倒老抽继续翻炒.!a'L8u;b

2.放水发蘑菇和鸡肉一起翻炒1分钟左右,放泡小蘑菇的原发水和适量白糖,翻一下调中火把汤烧开.k!MyW1P7ozs

3.换锅,汤肉全倒进砂锅里继续炖,加一点点胡椒粉,这时开小火.可以随时把肉翻一下.

炖的过程中是满屋飘香啊,到最后做好的时候大家都抢着吃,结果就忘了拍照,最后只拍到了锅里被我保护起来的一点点
