麻婆豆腐
材料:豆腐,桂林蒜蓉辣椒酱,瘦肉

1:豆腐洗净,晾干水,瘦肉剁成小粒状,加盐,糖,生粉,鸡粉腌10分钟

2:把豆腐下油锅内煎至两边金黄,直接在锅内切成小块状,加少许盐和适量的水,煮开后再煮一会,盛起0_!t3Q&DLi p

3:下油锅炒熟瘦肉粒,再加入辣椒酱(视吃辣的程度而加),炒均

4:把煮好了的豆腐倒入其中,轻轻的炒至均匀,打芡汁(生粉,酱油,水),轻炒至均匀即可。
