桂林人的早餐

　　桂林人吃米粉就象是北方人吃面食一样，
天天都吃，且只重味道，不记店面的大小与装饰，越是老店，生意越好。桂林街头，时时可见穿着入时的小姐和一身笔挺西装的男士，等不着座位，就端着一碗热气腾腾的米粉站着就食，全心品味米粉，丝毫不觉难堪。据说前些年美国的快餐大姐大麦当劳放弃桂林市场的原因就是认为桂林米粉这一中式快餐已经占据了桂林快餐市场的大半壁江山了，而且价格便宜，每碗壹元伍角至贰元。

天津人的早餐

　最具天津风味街头小吃恐怕就是煎饼果子，
现在在各地很流行，用煎饼摊鸡蛋卷外加芫荽、甜面酱或辣面酱。由于北方称油条为“果子”，故叫煎饼果子。
