我的做法一般都是先把油家人,投入姜片炸至有香味,然后放少许白糖炸至微焦黄,投入事先已汆过水的新鲜排骨翻炒至有香味,加料酒少许,继续翻炒2至3分钟,加水煮至肉脱骨,然后加醋出锅即可,也很有味道!

糖醋排骨关键是要选料,要新鲜的小肋排,还要去血水。我个人喜欢带点软骨,吃着那个是香和脆啊

糖醋排骨这道菜酸酸甜甜的挺好吃,特别适合上海、浙江这一带的人吃,他们比较喜欢吃甜的,广东这边就没那么喜欢吃甜的,一般都是蒸排骨。。
