放少许盐,少许胡椒粉,一丁点料酒,500g虾仁的话大约放一个鸡蛋的蛋清就可以,用手搅匀,然后放干淀粉进去搅拌,什么标准呢?手抓一把虾仁,手指缝里不淌出汁水为标准。cEY*z&G
