　　[color=#003300]    前不久，德国联邦国防部发布了国防白皮书。这是继1994年以来首次发表类似文件，全面介绍阐述德国对外安全政策及防务政策。其中对于德军现代化转型有很详细介绍，特别是针对联邦国防军(德军)组织改革。将其中一些内容做以介绍。

德国海军拥有两种常规动力潜艇: U206型和U212A型. 10艘U206在1990年代全部升级到U206A型. 其中2艘如下:

　　U212A是当今最为先进的常规动力潜艇, 德国海军一共购买了四艘, 其中已经有三艘服役. U214是U212出口型, 没有采用非磁化舰体技术. 此外, 德国为以色列建造的海豚级潜艇也是参照了U212设计, 但没有安装AIP动力, 而是传统的柴电动力. U31(S181)号是U212A型潜艇首舰.
