豉椒排骨炒面
豉椒排骨炒面里的排骨通常是生炒,但我这次是用蒸后再炒,实行一式两菜,豉椒蒸排骨即可做点心,也可拌饭,还能做炒面,这道菜名为炒面其实面是油炸不是炒,蒸后再炒的排骨炒面,排骨嫩滑面香脆,很好吃也别有风味,希望大家喜欢!

材料:云吞幼蛋面,大青椒,洋葱,肉排,豆豉,红青辣椒,蒜片,盐,糖,生抽,生粉,酒,麻油.

制法: 大青椒切块,洋葱切块,幼蛋面三个弄散弄成圆扁型面饼(如图三),热油锅倒满油在油冒烟后放蛋面饼进去油炸,大约两分钟后翻过另一边再炸两分钟捞出沥干油摆在碟上备用.排骨斩件洗净,豆豉泡水后搞烂,加红青椒切片,蒜茸,盐,糖,生抽,生粉,酒,麻油各调味料拌匀,腌二小时.大火水滚后放在蒸笼里蒸大约三十分钟即可拿出.热油锅,爆香蒜片,再放青椒块与洋葱块快炒,再放蒸过的豉椒排骨炒匀,放生粉水勾茨,再放一匙明油然后倒在炸面碟上即可出菜..CJ x-A%}x

呵呵样子蛮不错嘛看来象很好吃的样子,只是- - -;X~1{$G+y$} `3}W$[
说是"豉椒排骨炒面"怎么做成"炸面"了,那面还能吃或好吃吗?太干了T0GK Sc#Tm;O
面直接煮熟用来拌,又或如题用来炒不是更好吗?
