【原创】 简单易做的豆瓣茄子 [18P]

调料:一汤匙豆瓣酱(不含辣椒的那种)

2.准备一汤匙的豆瓣酱.(以茄子的分量及个人喜好而定)

3.将豆瓣及大蒜切碎. (我们马来西亚人称为蒜米)

4.茄子切大约5cm 长 x 1cm 宽, 然后把它泡在盐水里. (这动作是边切边放进盐水, 原因是不要让茄子氧化而变黑)

5.捞起泡好的茄子 (大约5分钟).

6.可以开始了. 热锅, 加入大约两汤匙的食油. (烧茄子的油要比烧菜的油多一些, 没记错是茄子会吸油, 而且烧出的茄子口感比较美味)
