简简单单椒盐排条
交流一下我的椒盐排条制作方式:(^BJEk

1、排骨拍松后切成条状,放碗内备用。

2、排骨加料酒、盐、味精、鸡蛋黄、葱丝、姜丝腌制,同时加入淀粉拌匀,我五块排骨用了五勺淀粉(调料缸内小勺)

3、腌制十到十五分钟P9E2ND7M
4、切葱姜蒜末备用8|/_{o4l8N?PH
5、起油锅炸制,开小到中火,炸到变色后翻面至两面金黄出锅备用。1ZU%E2M;H#i/l
6、锅内余油小火加温,放入葱姜蒜末煸至出香味。将炸好的排条倒入锅内拌匀。撒上椒盐粉,味精。8cg

首先排骨切条。切之前要拍松。我今天下班到家晚,手忙脚乱居然忘了拍松。败笔啊。
